I saw the end of the world on a night when glittering stars fell
JA ・ CH ・ MA ・ PH ・ TH ・ BU ・ IN
I learned the taste of women in China2 when steel rain fell
The dead glare out from the depths of the toilets The dead reach out from the depths of the toilets
Bathing in your lovely fresh blood, I indulge with my heroically-swollen genitals and go mad
The ending3 that I asked for affection falls to heaven
JA ・ CH ・ MA ・ PH ・ TH ・ BU ・ IN
Through despair you know prostitution You know rape You know slaughter
The dead glare out from the depths of the toilets The dead reach out from the depths of the toilets
Bathing in your lovely fresh blood, I ferociously jerk my hips and my sack bounces4
I will sing my last song from the gallows for you, my beloved
I remember the number of all the people I killed in the war
I killed little girls I raped little girls
I killed young women I raped young women
I killed grown women I raped grown women
I killed old women I raped old women5
Let's spit on the peace that the Allies fabricated, and die to go to heaven6

1 This is a list of countries; in Japanese, Jojo uses single-character abbreviations, so I've imitated that in English with two-character country abbreviations. The countries are: Japan, China, Manchukuo, Philippines, Thailand, Burma, and Indonesia. These were the countries represented at the Greater East Asia Conference during WWII. Further reading.
2 The word used for "China" here is a derogatory term post-WWII. It's also possible that this line (and the song in general) is referring to the Rape of Nanking.
3 The "ending" mentioned here is the end of life, or death.
4 "My sack bounces" is a phrase Jojo first used in the lyrics of "Kokkeiron -Souzouhen-," which he has confirmed is a colorful way of referring to sex.
5 The list of women here was also used in the lyrics for "Musou."
6 The "die to (verb)" pattern here is something Jojo has been using a lot in lyrics lately. The Japanese phrasing he uses would normally be used for a verb that has happened and is still in progress. However, he's used a select kanji in here where kanji should not be used, and though the reading is the same, the meaning is to die. It's a bit of a double entendre, and I've tried to reflect that in English.

愛苦しい君の鮮血を浴びて雄々しく膨張した性器で貪り狂う
愛情を求め続けた終焉は天獄へ堕ちて逝きます
